Return & Refund Policy

1What you buy

Bitmesh AI sells a digital service only. When you pay, you buy prepaid credits that are added to your account straight away and are spent on API requests to the AI models we offer. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

2No returns

Because credits are a digital service delivered to your account as soon as payment completes, there is nothing to return. Purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

3No refunds

We do not offer refunds. This applies to:

• Credits you have bought, whether used, partly used or unused.
• Credits spent on requests, including requests whose output you were not happy with.
• An account that is closed, suspended or terminated, by you or by us under our Terms of Service.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.

4Payment problems

If you were charged but the credits did not reach your account, or you were charged twice for the same order, contact us with your order details. Once our payment provider confirms the payment, we add the missing credits to your account.

5Before you buy

Every model's rate is listed on our pricing page, and you can top up a small amount first to try the service. Please check the rates and your order before you pay.

6Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
